App Store & Google Play Developer Compliance Statement

This page summarizes our operational compliance checklist for 2026 publication standards, including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, COPPA, DMA, Apple policies, and Google Play policies.

1. Data Safety Declarations

  • We accurately declare SDK-level collection categories, including device identifiers collected by third-party ad SDKs when enabled.
  • We disclose diagnostics, analytics, ad interaction events, and purchase receipt validation data where applicable.
  • We provide user-facing account deletion/data deletion entry points when account-linked data exists.
  • For local-first apps with no cloud account, we disclose local storage behavior and user-managed data export/deletion pathways.

2. Age Rating And Minors Configuration

  • All apps with ads or in-app purchases complete IARC / platform age questionnaires truthfully.
  • For child-directed modes, we enforce child treatment tagging and disable personalized ad tracking capabilities.
  • We apply stricter defaults for underage categories based on region and platform age-signal APIs.
  • COPPA and GDPR-K restrictions are mapped to advertising, identifier, and analytics behavior.

3. Advertising Tracking And Consent

  • iOS ATT: App Tracking Transparency prompt is shown before cross-app tracking and includes clear review-compliant explanation text.
  • Android Privacy: ad ID and related permissions follow Google Play latest requirements and user controls.
  • EEA/UK Consent: CMP logic and consent states are applied for personalized ads where required by law and policy.
  • US State Laws: opt-out mechanisms for sale/sharing/targeted advertising are included where applicable.
